2011 Vauxhall Insignia buzzing noise

I am having a problem with vauxhall insignia ecoflex when driving 2nd 3rd or 4th gear i sometimes hear a buzzing sound from underneath the car around the engine compartment its like something switching on and then goes of.
2nd issue is the climate control switch, some time i am unable to control them as the lights around the switch go of the blower will stay on what ever setting it was previously on, but i can not turn the blower up or down but if i tap the controls the the lights turn back on and i can control the blower.
any ideas on the two issues

They had this fault , may or may not apply to your car .

Electro Pneumatic Solenoid Valve, Turbo Charger - Vibration and buzzing noise around 2000 RPM
Customer complains about vibration/buzzing noise while driving at slow speeds at around 1500-2000 RPM.
This is caused by a faulty Electro Pneumatic solenoid valve.
In case of customer complaint please replace electro pneumatic solenoid
Caution: Please use only solenoid 55573362
