2009 Vauxhall Insignia radio lights not turning on when start engine and when i change air con settings it doesn't respond anymore

Ok so when I start my ignition my radio/ sat nav screen should light up and also when I change my settings of sitcom it should show me on screen and no longer does this, if I turn the radio on manually when I get into the car it lights up then but still not when I change air con but when I turn ignition off radio stays on ??

There have been numerous software updates covering that car .Might be advisable to contact dealer with your vin number , especially if not been in a dealership for servicing recently .
