2009 Vauxhall Insignia warning light unsure of problem

One of my warning lights has come on in my car and I am unsure what this is. My husband last had the manual detailing the meanings and it has vanished. Also the car is struggling for power and it is almost trying to cut out. IT has just passed its MOT and was serviced at the same time (early Nov).
The warning light is the little car with the skid marks following it.
Any suggestions??
