2012 Vauxhall Insignia knocking from under car

I have a knocking coming from under the car when I drive over uneven road surfaces ( almost constantly with the state of our roads) it sounds like a metal to metal knock (solid metal rather than panel sheet metal).car has been back to dealer after first 2 weeks for this problem, and a "no fault found" report was given. I still have the problem !
Also car engine revs on its own when slowing down, and changing down the gearbox, I put my foot on the clutch to change gear and the engine revs go from 1000 to 1500 +, also engine revs increase when in slow moving traffic, I then have to knock it out of gear engine revs then drop to normal idle speed. Again "no fault found" report on this problem as well.
Any suggetions.

With that year of car and if still covered by warranty , arrange a test drive with the dealership workshop foreman or a mechanic to show them what the problems you are complaining about .

Further to engine revving problem, car has been back to main dealer 3 times for this problem since new. They are unable to suggest what the problem is or how to fix it.
Car is to be returned to dealer for full refund. (I decided NOT to have another Vauxhall)
