When I switch on my heater blower it will only blow into the car not onto the windscreen,not nice in this weather, HELP!!!!!!!!

Probably requires calibrating or there's a damper motor issue best book it in for a diagnostic.

Heater distribution flap is not opersting for whatever reason .
