2010 Vauxhall Insignia drivers seat comfort

The drivers seat in the Insignia has a knotted cable just under the seat fabric and this is cutting into my legs.
Is this because the foam needs replacing or should this cable not be there.
I cant believe I am the only person to experience this. I am 6'2" and a fit 14 stone.

Only person or not if you still have valid warranty I would take it back to the dealer as you seem to have a genuine concern.
