2009 Vauxhall Insignia turbo solenoid

I have just taken my insignia into garage again to replace the turbo solenoid for the third time now, but I am no longer under warranty. This has been an ongoing problem for the last year, can anyone tell me why this problem persists and if I am liable to pay as the problem has obviously not been solved. Mileage is 76000 but this shouldn't be happening surely?

Best bet to ask the dealership why this keeps on failing and if there are no modifications to cure it .Also ask them to replace foc due to previous failures as a company gesture , especially if they offer no remedy or solution to the cause of this .
