2017 Vauxhall Crossland X addblue refilled light still on and counting down garage said no faults listed when they looked at reseting it said tank full ?

Could this be a software problem? It is currently still counting down now at 300 miles no engine management light on just says emmission fault garage says no faults or sensors showing in log.

If work was carried out by Vauxhall dealership , would have expected them to check for any possible software related updates or TSBs
