Water is collecting in the boot lid and when the boot is opened the water is pouring out of the lid into the main body of the car through the seatbelt hole on the back seat

Take it back for checking / fixing under warranty to dealership . Could check any water drains at underside of tailgate are clear and rear washer is not leaking to interior when operated
