2005 Mazda 6 water leak

Car: Mazda 6
Year: 2005
Variant: 1.8 TS
Categories: Leaks & Noises
there is water in the tyre well and now appears to be a leak around the boot so when I open the boot water is going over the rear seat rest. I am planning on putting it into garage but does anyone have any idea roughly how much something like this costs to fix.

thanks

I thought this had me beat but I pumped a load of silicone sealant behind the rubber seal at the side of the rear light cluster in the channel that the boot closes onto. Seems to have done the trick. Also sealed around the light cluster and the rear centre brake light actually on the boot.
This all happened after I had backed into a post and a tree.
I also drilled a hole in the tyre well and the left hand well housing the alarm sounder.
Good luck.
