Vauxhall Combo coolant leak

Car: Vauxhall Combo
Variant: 1.3CDTi
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Leaks & Noises
I have had the Combo for circa 4 Years now. It has been losing Coolant for a period of time now.
I drive it circa 40 Miles a day currently and circa every 3 Days the Coolant has dropped by 1" or more. No apparent Coolant Leak - and ideas of where the Coolant is getting out?

You need to get a coolant pressure test carried out which should show external leak or if needed , a block test for internal check
