2000 Citroen Saxo leaking coolant

My car has developed a serious coolant leak, it seems to be coming from the coolant reservoir, but I can't identify exactly where. Topped it up yesterday evening and this morning it's empty again, so by process of elimination thinking at the bottom. Is there anything I can do as a temporary fix until payday, or I looking at a trip to the garage?

Try adding some stop leak,
My choice is "wynns stop leak".
usually fixes most leaks up to serious ones.
simple coolant pressure test will show up where the leak is coming from.

Thanks it turned out to be a faulty cap seal, so replaced the cap. But thanks for the advice.
