2009 Vauxhall Combo right side indicators wont work

Both bulbs are Ok, even changed the front with new bulb to check, I then swapped the two larger green relays in the fuse box but R.H.Side indicators still wont work...
Last MOT (11 months ago) @ Halfords, they had to replace a rear Reg Plate bulb; after which my dash indicator flasher went double speed, while the L.H.Side remains normal speed. This fault only appeared a month ago!
