Service and ABS lights on, struggles to make hills Sometimes lights don't come on and car runs like a dream.

I am unable to get 1st and reverse gears in the morning, when cold. Once warm, it is mostly ok. The clutch, flywheel and fluid has been replaced, and I still have the same issue. There are no leaks from the master cylinder.
