did you fit a new fan belt when you replaced the pully? is the belt tensioned correctly? belt could be dry and causing squeel. best thing i found is to hold a bit of chalk on the belt as the engine is running. others spay a bit of wd40 on the blt to stop them squeeling. if the belt is a old one and either chalk or wd40 stop the squeel you might ned a new belt which shuld cost about £10 from a car acsessories.
