2009 Vauxhall Antara grinding engine noise and juttering

Turn engine on and car makes a groaning noise, same noise when I press eccelerator pedal and when steering. now starting juddering when i reverse!

It could be engine , steering , auto transmission , hard to say without being there . It might be something minor just now , but needs to be checked and diagnosed in case it develops further , A few mins road test by a mechanic should be enough to find the cause and advise on what's needed .
