Ssangyong Tivoli stop start warning and not working

Start stop warning light comes on and system doesn't work. Parking on a steep hill for a while rectifies problem for a few hours then comes back. Unsure if it is a fluid issue?

USUALLY caused by a low battery .Get battery LOAD tested , charged / replaced if needed
