2013 Ssangyong Korando doesn't go above 3000rpm

So when pulling off from my drive in 1st gear there's what appears to be a high pitch sound comes from the car. No warning lights and seems to do this only in 1st gear. But it also doesn't go above 3000rpm? Help

To many unknowns to advise with regard to service history . You need to get it checked out and a diagnostic scan carried out for fault codes . Changed the fuel filter ?

Air filter, Fuel filter been changed plugs all done! I'm waiting on my appointment but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this so I could maybe tell the garage this is what I think? Can he maybe confirm sorter thing. Thanks for replying. I truly appreciate it 😊

Possible it could be your turbo making the noise . A small tip , better not telling the garage what you think , they can be a bit touchy at times and could maybe use it against you if things dont pan out i.e " We done what you suggested "
