2003 Vauxhall Astra loud vibration when driving in first gear

When I drive off in first gear there is a loud vibration coming from the engine and can feel it vibrating the car but seems ok when in any other gear

possible exhaust noise due to possibly worn engine mounts. exhaust heatshields things like that. could even be a worn clutch assembly. would recomend booking in with garage for investigation...
