2023 Skoda Karoq condensation/grating noisey brakes

Severe condensation, lots of water inside car on windscreen and dashboard, it looks like it’s been raining inside the car and needing internal wipers. Garage have checked, and all they said was its normal, just put your blower on full with air con on. This doesn’t work, I would have to sit there for hours to dry it out. So I have to mop up the water with towels and window wiper which can take 30 mins each time. I also get tiny white bits blowing through heating system mainly passenger side.
Also since purchasing the car I have been having a grating noise from the brakes when coming to a stop, it is very annoying, the garage can’t find anything wrong and again state this is normal it’s the materials used. In all the years of having different makes and models of cars, I have never had these types of problems, I’ve also spoken to other owners who haven’t had these. Problems with their new karoqs.
