I hit a small pothole and heard a clunk.
Engine is very loud inside the car (not as loud outside).
Can hear a high pitched squeal/ringing when stood near the bonnet.
Aggressive vibrating can be felt in all pedals and the steering wheel.

You'll need to check below bonnet and underneath for any damage or signs of anything hit . Without more info , nothing else to suggest
