LAGUNA ON A P PLATE.
FAN SPEED ONLY WORKS ON MAX, AND THE HEATER TEMP IS RUBBISH, MY BREATH IS WARMER!!!! IS THE MATRIX STUFFED??? IS THE MATRIX BLOCKED?? CAN I MANUALLY PUT IT ONTO MAX HEAT BYPASSING THE FASCIA SWITCH

Heater motor speed is usually caused by ballast resistor pack knackered .Heater poor could be caused by thermostat jammed open , but you could try bleeding .
