SOUNDS LIKE A WHEEL BEARING, JACK ONE WHEEL UP AT A TIME AND SPIN THE WHEEL AND SEE IF ITS SMOOTH OR HAS A RUMMBLE.

As other poster suggests , sounds like a wheel bearing which if knackered , gives a droning noise .If you are getting vibration , better get checked out ASAP as if bearing really bad , you can get excessive play / movement at wheel .
