2006 Renault Clio stop warning light with anti-lock braking lights on.

STOP warning light with Anti-Lock Braking lights on.
This has appeared and "flicking on/off" when travelling , especially on Motorway driving, more "Flickering" at higher speeds.
When I put the ignition on, even without starting the engine, the warning lights come on.

So many possible cause would probably need scanned to see if any stored fault codes . Could always check ABS sensors / wiring to see if worn , damaged and touching

Thanks… I will need professional help as my sort codes scanner probably won’t work!
Is there a diagnostic plug in the 2006 model?
If so, where is it located please?
