Automatic Gearbox warning lights flashing

Car functions normal, then warning lights on dashboard flashes and car becomes lethargic. After about a 20-30 seconds of this car runs normal again. This happens mostly on inclines or attempts at acceleration. Only recently started. Most recent mechanical job was replacement of central engine mount and caliper bushings; however problem had already been happening but now far more frequent in occurrence.
