2021 Renault Captur multiple electric battery warnings!!

Electric Battery Overheating warning light occurred recently when driving, followed
by a warning advising me to stop the car immediately, currently in with the garage. Two previous occasions I had warning lights advising 'battery charging impossible'. Local dealers seemed puzzled by it and still no answers. Has anyone else had this issue? Bought from new in 2021

Need to leave with the Renault dealership to fix , if they are unable , they will have to get on to Renault factory for guidance and technical help to resolve the faults .
