Crunching noises when changing gear to third gear. Either way up or down.
Love my green(greta) van.
But she has issues. Like great. Lol
No heater. Perhaps like great she's saving the planet. Tend to avoid 3rd gear as crunches so go straight to 4th.

Probably worn 3rd gear synchromesh which would mean gearbox strip down / overhaul . Heater could be many things and without more info on what's happening , impossible to advise
