the unit stopped working...was difficult to steer.....unit was very hot...although you could touch it so not boiling
let it cool down for couple hours and it is working ok again...But for how long...any ideas what the problem is..??

Could be the EPAS on its way out . Could load test car battery and check alternator charging rate under load also as both can affect the steering .
