Cooling fan not working

The cooling fan doesn't to cool radiator when water is hot, however it works when you switch the aircon on, the other problem is, the aircon pump heats the radiator since well they are both integrated on a single unit, this leads to water temperature to overheat,

Fan coming on when switched to air con is normal . If you only have the one fan it should be two speed .Could be the fan unit which has integrated relay . As for " the aircon pump heats the radiator " news to me
