Hi my 407 is going crazy and I find it hard to know what to fix so here's what's wrong .
- center lock not working
- auto windows not working (sometimes it works)
- a/c works sometimes but usually don't work
- cruise control doesn't work sometimes
- power steering pump don't work most of the time until I move the fuse box or tilt it and keep it tilted
I hope someone will recognize the problem

Yeah Peugeot's do that,
For that matter all French cars do that.
So I'd start with your wiggle fusebox/power distribution .
Usually needs remove and turned upside down for a real good look.
Water can get in and creates chaos.
