2005 Peugeot 407 electric roof blind

The front two sections of my blind are working perfectly well but the rear two seem to have got stuck.
What's the best thing to do?
Garage has quoted £500 saying that they are twisted?

there are little oblong shaped clips/retainers that can come out of their guides which causes the blind to stop.
If you can get a small inspection mirror you can sometimes see the problem and tease them back in.If not its roof lining out and remove the whole blind assembly to rectify the problem.
