2006 Peugeot 407 steering becomes harder to move

From yesterday night suddenly my car steering become harder to move.
At morning again it was OK but at evening suddenly again started the same problem.
The steering fluids are complete.
Please guide me what to do with.

If it's an EHPS pump , may knackered .Could check battery condition and alternator output / charging o.k

Fluids don't last forever!
They do need changed/flushed.
though they seldom are.
put some of the fluid on a clean white tissue or paper for a better idea of colour/contamination.
