Engine management, Depollution, main beam bulbs and ESP/ASR system faulty

My car suddenly developed a loss of power despite engine still runs. It jerks and sound goes high on its own and when trying to accelerate it, I got no response. Dashboard clocks and fuel guage goes off and comes on. Electric windows cant go up nor down. Even when it picks most times, it goes off on its own. Need to shut down and start again before it can gain power but after a while, it losses it again.
Please, what do i do.
