Dificulty in changing out of 5th gear when car is hot. When car is cold, no problem.

Check the gearbox oil level. Try lubricating the gear linkage.

You cant check the oil level, it's a sealed for life g/ box which means you will have to drain and refill with correct amount ,This link for the 2l is only picture I can find at the moment which explains the refill procedure .
