0000 Peugeot 407 heater blowing cold on the passenger side

Heater blowing cold on the passenger side of the car on matter what heating I have it on. The drivers side works fine. The heater flaps also seem to be working ok as I have held my hand over the footwell vent and felt the cool air reduce or increase as I alter the direction of flow.
Anyone got any ideas ?

it sounds like the mixer flap gear has broken on the passenger side.

Yes, unfortunately your flaps are faulty
