2006 Peugeot 407 gearbox problems

Hey
I have this problem with my auto gearbox. When accelerating the revs climb but the speed doesn't, sometimes there is a clunk and it kicks in. Happens alot when going round corners or pulling out from a side road. Also when braking as it comes to a near stop, there is a clunk as it shifts down. This isn't constant but it seems to be happening more and more.
Any help would be appreciated.

First and obvious check is the fluid level,considering it gets worse going round bends.
Then it's off to the dealer,or someone with Peugeot Planet diagnostic software,or your local Bosch diagnostic guy.

I have the problem in 407 model 2008. when the gearbox shifted from first to second I feel the gear disconnected and the revs (RPM) go to 800, then its connected again and the car will move softly.
briefly its like delaying of response from first to second gearbox.
