Clunk noise when accelerating

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with my peugeot 407. When I am slowing down, lets say at a junction, han put my foot on the accelerator there is a clunk bang noise coming from underneath the car. It some times happens when I am stopped and take off again. but it only seems to happen on a straight road, never when I'm turning.

Can you please help??

sound like engine steady mounting u/s ie worn bushs

Did you get this sorted. My 407 has developed the same problem. If so, what was the solution.
