Hi there,

On the Peugeot site is this info:

Overspeed warning
This system is designed to trigger an audible and visual alarm on the central display when the vehicle exceeds the set point speed programmed by the driver. The system is actuated intentionally and can be disconnected at any time manually by actuating the control system.

There should be a way to accessing the settings on the onboard computer and switching this off. I had it on a car once and it drove me mad.!

press the menu button on radio then should be able to access vehicle parameters and turn overspeed warning off

thank you for your posts but i have looked at on board comp and its parameters and there is no way to adjust this manually, i have heard that ONLY a peugeot can adjust this! not even my local garage and his dignostic comp can find anything to adjust this
