2004 Peugeot 407 fan and seatbelt warning light

sorry this is my first time so i have a couple of questions i hope someone can help me with 1=my fan keeps blowing when i have parked up and turned of the engine it doesn't happen all the time but i did a short journey from work about 4 miles i got home and the fan was blowing very loud it wasn't overheating hope u can help. 2= my seatbelt warning light stays on and no one is sat in the seat so i have to click the seatbelt in so that i dont get that dam noise hope someone in the know can help what i know about cars can go on a postage stamp thanks in advance

the fan is normal to run after the key is out if the temp is up.it can also run if there is a engine management fault as an engine safety measure.
as for the s/belt lamp the drivers is on stalk but passangers usually has a load sensor in seat base.clean stalk if no good you will have to strip seat base or remove sensor and short wires so seat thinks its empty
