2016 Peugeot 308 slowing down and speeding up on its own.

Engine light keeps coming on approx every 2 weeks.
It started with feeling it was going to stall whilst driving but righted itself. Then the engine cut out a couple of times whilst driving. Diagnostics show too much and not enough fuel at the same time and same with oxygen. I have had sensors and spark plugs replaced in the last couple on months. The car now will randomly slow down and speed up but itself and be very jumpy. It has random starting problems. When I refuel it misbehaves more. Its a 2016 model with less than 40,000 miles on the clock. 3 garages have done diagnostics and are all stumped.

Check the accelerator pedal ( TPS ) and plug / connection . Check / clean throttle body and wiring
