You tried scanning for any stored fault codes ? Strangely I have heard of some Peugeots where this was caused by the coolant electric water pump ,

You may need something like this if scanner not up to scratch for interrogating all systems / circuits ?

I got the same problem. one garage changed the fan but the problem is still there. Car drives ok but the warning lights come on then goes off.
I have had the car checked and all the diagnosis shows no faults.
Is it safe to drive as I am reluctant to do long journeys
