2013 Peugeot 308 electronic control system

From time to time all eclectronic systems cut out. This is GPS, Bluetooth , Parking Radar, Radio/CD. Sometimes they come on when I start the car and sometimes after several kms. Then they all stop for no reason. The length of time they shut down is getting longer. Just like a loose wire in main power supply. The GPS Screen is blank when everything shuts down, but stays up when ignition is on.

That can on some cars , sometimes be caused by the battery being low and non essential items are cut off till battery charge is replenished a bit by alternator when car is driven and they then come back on . Could check battery condition by load testing , then charging or replacing dependent on findings .

Thanks for that, but it is a new battery 12 months ago and it just shuts off when car is running for no reason. Also I tried to overload the electrics when everything was running, by putting on all heaters, blowers, lights etc. No problems. I still think it is a faulty connection in the main supply.

" it is a new battery 12 months ago " really counts for nothing . You need to check battery voltage after lying over night and prior to starting . Your overloading the system only shows the alternator would seem to be o.k
