2008 Peugeot 308 engine wont start

First thing I would do was load test battery and check alternator output .Also check brake fluid level .

i just buy a car peugeot 308 turbo 2009 . after i off the engine then i fuel the gas then i start the car . but it cannot start alreally. then i hv no choice. i tell the work shop towing the car to the peugeot center. after they check my car, they cannot make sure what problem. but tell me to changed the starter. but i ask them after change the starter my car will ok. but peugeot center tell me they cannt make sure. they say just changed the starter first then see olther thing. how come they can say like that , otherthing is they dont have the sparepart for my car and need to older , may be 1 month you can get the sparepart how come the malaysia peugeot center service the customer like that

have a similar issue with a customers car!!! intermittently the engine wont cran. It then throws several warnings up on the console on the alert log ie, braking system faulty, power steering faulty abs system faulty battery charge or electrical supply faulty, esp/ asr system faulty.
I have had the car plugged in but no real issues to be concerned about, as car was not failing when i checked several points on the vehicle. The main neg leads from chassis to gearbox are good and to deck.
Flummoxed to be honest any help would be greatly appreciated as dont want to have to turn the customer to peugot.
