" That is either your cruise control or speed limiter setting. If you press the end of the cruise control stalk it will put it on. If you turn the thumbwheel on the stalk it will switch it off. ONE WAY FOR CRUISE CONTROL AND THE OTHER FOR SPEED LIMITER "
