Peugeot 206 Heater Matrix Problems

FAN WORKING, NEW HEATER MATRIX , NEW CAR THERMOSTAT, IN & OUT PIPES HOT, ELECTRIC FLAP INSIDE HEATER WORKS BUT STILL DOSN'T GET HOT, NO LEAKS TOTALY LOST

My car overheats when driving. It sounds like there is a waterfall on the passenger side as it gets hot. The fan is working fine. I can't see large amounts of water leaking when its stopped. Can anyone please help
