1999 Peugeot 206 central locking problems

Central locking bounces and won't lock. Had checked out by ex-peugeot electrician and suggested it was BSI/ECU at fault as found no other problems. Also S and ice lights occasionally flashing on dashboard. Replaced BSI/ECU and central locking still bounces and S and ice flashes all the time now. BSI didn't change oedometer reading as was told by supplier it would. Any suggestions on what to do now??

can you lock the doors with the key? If so lock the drivers door if it bounces try the passenger door if it locks but the other doors dont then suspect the lock it self is faulty
