2000 Peugeot 206 runs erratically in slow traffic

starts, ticks over fine, accelerates well, cuts out and kangeroos on trailing throttle in slow traffic can accelerate out of the the problem and runs perfectly at 40+ mph

Good Day,
First check out the spark plugs then coil pack most of these 206 have an issue with coil packs.
Also try putting it on diagnostic and see what the error codes are
