2002 Peugeot 206 right flash only works when headligt or park light is on

The blinker works ok to the left.
The blinker works once or twice if I make a left blink first.
If I power on parking or headlights the right blinker works ok!
This indicates to me the blinker box seems to miss power when I blink to the right.
Is it the computer box failing or the blinker switch (or something else!)?
Can I fix it my self?

faulty stalk switch pack. replace switch with GENUINE one. aftermarket ones aint worth it!!!!
