I have had the cars ECU decoded as I bought it as a non-starter. It now starts fine but the wipers, indicators and horn do not work and the headlights come on as soon as the engine is started. I had these problems before having the ECU decoded.

it may be the comm unit. that is the switch unit/ecu that sits behind the steering wheel
