1999 Peugeot 206 revs sticking/ engine cut out!

Sometimes the revs will stick at 2000 revs and i have to tap the accelerator to return it to normal, also sometimes the revs will drop right down and the car will stall?!! my dad has plugged the computer in and a code came up but he cleared it but problem still remains!! also, water is going down fast and there seems to be oil in it? the head gaskit was only done a year ago.. please help!

head is warped scrap the engin get another no good getting head skimmed as it will still happen
